Rosso Maniero is an elegant wine, well balanced and easy to drink. Fresh and fruity it goes well with many types of food, including sliced salamis and ham, rabbit, and many pasta dishes. Made from a blend of Sangiovese and Cannaiolo varieties.
Grapes: 65% Sangiovese, 35% other red berry grapes
Vinification: small sized stainless steel vats, using selected yeasts and controlled temperature, with repassings and “delestage”
Aging: 25 e 35 HL oak casks of Allier
Service Temperature: 17-18°C
Certifications: organically grown grapes certified by ICEA (Istituto per la Certificazione Etica ed Ambientale)
It goes with: pasta with ragù sauce, grilled red meat, roasted pork, wild boar, salami or medium aged cheeses
